We will let you know approximately how many calories to eat per day. The goal is to create an energy deficit so that you can lose weight faster. We'll let you know what type of cardio and how often to do it, along with suggesting specific supplement selections because there so many brands and choices to choose from. Choosing the right supplements will definitely help you reach your goals faster. We will also assist you and teach you how properly exercise with both the machine and free-weights. We will educate, motivate, and guide into the right direction so that you will see results in the shortest amount of time. On top of all this, we will also combine a "High Intensity Circuit Training program" to help Maximize your Results!
