Jackie Nguyen

Jackie is a US Veteran, serving 8 years in the US Military. He is a 5th Degree Black Belt and a Certified Personal Trainer, holding First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and is fully insured. Jackie attended Fullerton College and California State University of Fullerton and majored in Kinesiology (exercise science) and Nutrition.

He has 20 plus years of martial arts training in the following disciplines and arts: Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Ju-jitsu; and has obtained a 5th degree black belt in Hawaii Kempo karate. Over the course of his experience, Jackie has also been a Martial arts Instructor and Kickboxing Coach.

For the past 15 years, he has helped hundreds of clients, just like you, achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. The combination of his experience, knowledge, and educational background helps him create a specialized fitness and weight loss program that will assist you to drop 2 to 4 pounds of fat a week.
