I am based in Irvine, Orange County, CA.
A US Veteran, serving 8 years in the US Military. I am a 5th Degree Black Belt and a Certified Personal Trainer, holding First Aid/CPR/AED certifications, and is fully insured. I attended Fullerton College and California State University of Fullerton and majored in Kinesiology (exercise science) and Nutrition.
My services include Personal Training, Kickboxing, and Women's Self Defense.
My personal experience of 15 plus years of martial arts training in the following disciplines and arts: Boxing, Dutch Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Ju-jitsu; and a 5th degree black belt in Hawaii Kempo karate, fuels my personal training and commitment to my clients. Over the course of my experience, I have also been a Martial arts Instructor and Kickboxing Coach.
For the past 15 years, I have helped hundreds of clients, just like you, achieve their weight loss and fitness goals. The combination of my experience, knowledge, and educational background helps me create a specialized fitness and weight loss program that will assist you to drop 2 to 4 pounds of fat a week.
