So how did I do it.  Simple. I got to work.  I made a decision to get into shape and then I worked at it.  I read all I could about nutrition, took courses on proper training techniques and then applied all I learned in the gym, at home and in my life.  Know I am Irvine's Leading Certified Personal Trainer.
